    Nuo is excellent at what he does.  He is very knowledgeable about how the body works and really focuses on improving and strengthening the body core, which he believes is essential to maximum, overall health.  He comes up with creative workouts, so the routines change, and remain fresh.  He is about avoiding injury, and works toward assuring that you are performing the exercises correctly.  Nuo explains why he is choosing certain exercises and what body parts they are working, which helps empower you to work to your maximum potential.  He is encouraging, without berating.  If you have an opportunity to work out with Nuo, I would encourage you to do so.

    Nuo has been a wonderful instructor for my daughter and I. He is very knowledgeable and generous with his time and advice. He has a very positive attitude and inspires us to constantly improve. The workouts are both vigorous and fun. Nuo also gives great recommendations for the workouts in between our sessions with him. I was a bit concerned about personal training, but Nuo has made it all worthwhile!

    Nuo Wei has been an outstanding personal trainer for me in West Orange, NJ.  Before I began working with Nuo about five months ago, I was running regularly, but not weightlifting, and I was having a lot of lower back pain from a weak core.  I had never worked with a personal trainer before.  Nuo started by giving me a core strengthening regimen that almost immediately yielded relief from my back pain.  We’ve since moved on to regular weightlifting, and both my strength and my endurance have increased significantly.  Plus, I’ve lost body fat and, thanks to that and better upper body strength, my 5K time has dropped by more than a minute.  I feel better, I think I look better, and although Nuo’s workouts are tough, his encouragement and positive reinforcement make it all much easier.  I am very grateful for everything Nuo has done for me and am looking forward to our continued workouts.

    My personal trainer Nuo has motivated me to improve my overall health in ways that no other fitness trainer has ever been able to do for me in the past. Nuo works hard to create personalized fitness plans for each of his clients outside of training time so that he is ready to work hard at the beginning of each session. Nuo takes into account the client’s goals while incorporating some of his own to work towards increased overall heath. Nuo can help with a number of different fitness goals including – balance, flexibility, weight loss, muscle strengthening, endurance, functional training, and more. I have never done the same routine twice with Nuo, he always makes sure to make each session fun and new, which keeps me coming back for more. He progresses me throughout my program as my tolerance increases, allowing each session to be challenging by achievable. I appreciate Nuo so much for what he has taught me so far, his knowledge of the body is beyond that of other trainer. I couldn’t and wouldn’t want to imagine myself working with anyone else. Nuo has helped me to work myself harder than I even thought possible, and so even though Nuo is helping me to improve my fitness he is helping  me to improve emotionally and build confidence and self esteem as well.

  • Nuo is the Man! In a perfect world there would be no need for a gym and everyone would be able to be as fit as a fiddle the same way they were able to devour cookies and cake. However, things do not work that way, but I assure you the best thing for anyone to do is to start training with Nuo. From personal experience I never would have imagined the kind of results I’m seeing after working with him. Having Nuo as a personal trainer is getting actual results without wasting time on ridiculous gimmicks or terrible short cuts. The proof is in the training itself; you will absolutely see results when you work with him. The best way I can phrase it is that Nuo is pretty much a body engineer. So, if you are trying to slim down, gain muscle mass, or have trouble areas you want to fix, trust me he is your guy. Nuo does an excellent job going above and beyond, for him it is more than a workout session, it is ensuring that as you work with him, you as an individual maximize your results and are able to push further even after the session is complete. Rather than waste your time running on a treadmill or lifting weights till you are blue in the face, give yourself a few sessions with Nuo and actually get the most out of your workout.   • Nuo has been my personal trainer for several months now. He is excellent. My weight is stable, I am stronger and have more energy. He is very knowledgeable and practices what he preaches and is in excellent shape himself. He looks at the whole individual and takes into account time for stretching and resting. His process is very efficient.  Once he takes you through the basics and you are ready he implements Functional Training.  This allows you to combine your cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility workout into one session so you are constantly maximizing your sessions. He is an excellent communicator and has a very professional customer service attitude. I once missed a session because a chore took too long and he spend the time with corporate to get me back credit for the session.  Which I did not expect him to do. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in working with Personal Trainer.

    Nuo is an outstanding personal trainer. I’ve been a regular attendee at various gyms for the last 8 years and in that time I often see personal trainers having their clients all doing the same routines over and over while paying less than full attention to whether or not their clients are working as hard as they should to improve or not. It’s easy for a personal trainer to work with a work out novice that can’t judge the success of what they are doing because they have nothing to compare it to. Nuo doesn’t rely on his client’s lack of knowledge. He prepares routines specific to his client’s needs and is sure to pay careful attention to detail to ensure they reach their goals.  I’m a fit person. I’ve been playing sports all my life and lifting weights for the better part of 10 years. I train in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I know the difference between someone cashing a check and someone that is constantly working to hone their craft and be as good as their job as possible. Nuo is definitely the latter. He has extensive knowledge of the human body and how best to work it to achieve specific goals. In my time with him he has displayed knowledge of stretching properly, different forms of lifting (power, size, endurance), aerobic and anaerobic training as well as the differences between the male and female anatomy and how best to work them. He is friendly, and knows how to make his clients comfortable. I would highly recommend him to any gym or individual for hire.
