Most of our products have a 30-day return policy, all unused products in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, no questions asked. Custom and Made to Order products cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping unless products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Certain products may eligible for free return shipping within US.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hours period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Free return shipping on all damaged orders.
